Exchanges and returns
Please contact us by email at hello@bdjparis.com before any return or exchange. Please indicate your name, the items you wish to return (model and size) and the reason for the return. You will receive an answer from us including your return voucher to stick on your package.
In Europe, all returns are free in Europe (excluding sales period). During the sales period, you will be charged for 6 euros.
Outside Europe you will be charged 25 euros, except during sales period. During sales period you will be charged 35 euros or you can use your own carrier to send back at your cost.
You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to inform us of your desire to return your items.
Upon receipt of your return request and acceptance, you have 14 days to return your order to us.
Once we have received your items, we will proceed for your refund.
IMPORTANT : discontinued items can not be returned nor refunded.

Our baby clothes are age-appropriate and designed for everyday comfort. The cuts are practical and adaptable, allowing them to move freely as they learn to walk.
