Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order, as separate orders cannot be consolidated once they have been placed. Shipping costs therefore apply to each order individually.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Metropolitan France

Free shipping on orders over €80.

For orders under €80, the following rates apply:

• Colissimo Collection Point: €3.90

• Colissimo Home Delivery with Signature: €5.90

• FedEx Express: €8.90 (delivery within 24–48 hours)

Delivery is estimated at 2 to 3 business days from dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected.

Europe

Free shipping on orders over €150.

For orders under €150, the following rates apply:

• Colissimo Collection Point: €8.90 (for eligible destinations)

• FedEx: €12.90

Delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

Available shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the destination country.

International Shipping

We also ship worldwide via FedEx.

Delivery is estimated at 3 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and available shipping methods.

Customs Duties & International Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, including French overseas territories, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Deliveries to the United States

Customs duties apply to shipments destined for the United States. These charges, amounting to 50% of your order total, must be paid directly to FedEx upon receipt of your parcel.

We want to inform you of these charges transparently at the time of ordering, so you can plan accordingly and avoid any surprises upon delivery.

Refusal to Pay Customs Charges

If you refuse to pay the applicable customs duties or taxes and your parcel is returned to us, a refund may be issued after deducting shipping costs and any customs duties or other charges incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please carefully check that your contact and delivery details are correct before finalising your purchase.
